Sea & Shore is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant at Aqua, looking out over the Gold Coast Broadwater. Its menu follows the seasons and fresh market produce, and dishes are cooked to order. Alongside the main menu there are all-day specials, a dessert menu and a bar menu.

It suits a relaxed lunch or dinner with a view, and the restaurant also hosts private functions, from intimate dinners and group gatherings to weddings and other celebrations. Bookings can be made online, takeaway and delivery are available, and gift vouchers are sold online. Sea & Shore is in Aqua's Marine Parade dining area.
