Gelato Wonderland

Gelato Wonderland makes its gelato and sorbet in small batches on site at Aqua, using Maleny Dairies milk. The range rotates through more than 100 flavours, so the cabinet changes from visit to visit, and vegan flavours are available every day, made on soy, oat or almond bases.

The flavour names follow an Alice in Wonderland theme, with groupings such as Wonderland Classics, Mad Hatter's Specials and the Queen's Garden sorbets. The sorbets are dairy-free and made with real fruit or fruit juice.

Three flavours won gold at the 2026 Royal Queensland Ice Cream, Gelato & Sorbet Awards: Enchanted Orchard (pear and ginger), which was also named Champion Flavoured Ice Cream or Gelato of Show, Down the Choco Hole (chocolate) and Alice's Strawberry Patch (strawberry).

The shop is on the Imperial Parade side of Aqua, between Butter Bodega and Rev It Up Pizza. Check today's cabinet before you come, or pair a scoop with dinner at one of Aqua's restaurants.
